As ABR ALMOHIT company, we came to the agreement with Chinese companies China Railway 19th Bure and SIPPR to carry out the services in Libya in a faster and more professional way. This will help these 3 companies to be involved in bigger projects in the future. In addition to that, it is a positive affair for both China and Libya. Taking into account the national situation and the needs of reconstruction of Libya, SIPPR is willing to actively participate in design, EPC, project management, and project consultation business of different projects in various fields, including Agricultural industry, Cement industry, Steel mill, Petroleum industry, Solar power station, Gas turbine power station, Railway Highway and Bridge construction.
Once the situation in Libya stabilazes, China Railway 19th Bereau Group is willing to actively participate in the following infrastructure development: EPC and project management, business of various  projects suc as construction, highway,railway, municipal utilities, ports and waterways, water conservancy and hydropower. Both SIPPR and China Railway 19th Bereau Group have expressed their willingness to contribute to the reconstruction of Libya and hope to better the friendship between China and Libya.
